The MBTI instrument is based on Jung’s theory of psychological type. With over 50 years of research and development the MBTI tool has become the world’s most popular personality assessment, completed by more than two million people around the world. It is recognised as a foundation for individual development and improved self awareness. The MBTI tool identifies an individual’s type (made up of 4 basic preferences) and provides a common language around how we interact with the world and each other. This helps foster an inclusive environment with an appreciation of interpersonal differences.
The tool can be used in individual coaching and is also useful in team development enabling the whole team to recognise each others’ styles and contributions. Little Springtime is able to conduct individual MBTI sessions and can also facilitate team building events for up to 20 people at a time based around the MBTI tool.
