Diversity & Inclusion Workshop
This modular 2 day workshop offers a set of practical tools to support participants and teams on their D&I journey. It increases self awareness and brings out the link between self awareness and fostering an inclusive work environment which is key to allowing diversity to flourish and improve team performance.
The workshop also builds up practical skills in inclusive facilitation which can be employed by the individual in one on one conversations, team meetings or giving presentations. As it is modular Little Springtime can run the workshop in a two day slot for up to twenty people or over a period of time in 2-3 hour sessions again max twenty people.
